1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Mahira Edge website, enrolling in our IT programs (Data Science, SAP, Cloud, AWS, etc.), or using our Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • Unauthorized Access: Sharing your login credentials with third parties or other institutes is a material breach of this contract and will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. IT LABS & CLOUD RESOURCES (SAP, AWS, AZURE)

  • Usage Policy: Access to SAP Sandboxes or Cloud Labs is provided strictly for educational purposes.

  • Prohibited Acts: You shall not use these resources for commercial projects, crypto-mining, or any illegal activities.

  • Liability: Mahira Edge is not responsible for any data loss within these temporary lab environments. Students are advised to back up their own project work.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials—including but not limited to course modules, source code, datasets, and live session recordings—are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahira Edge.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal learning.

  • Commercial use, public screening, or “leaking” content to competitors is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under the jurisdiction of Thane.

5. FEES & PAYMENTS

  • GST: All fees are subject to 18% GST as per Government of India norms.

  • Payment Plans: If you have opted for an EMI or installment plan, failure to pay on time will result in the suspension of your LMS and Lab access.

  • Refunds: All payments are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

To maintain the goodwill of Mahira Edge, students must:

  • Maintain professional decorum in WhatsApp/Slack groups and live sessions.

  • Refrain from “poaching” other students for third-party programs.

  • Avoid any form of harassment, hate speech, or digital nuisance.

  • Penalty: Violation of this code allows Mahira Edge to expel the student without a refund.

7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Mahira Edge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahira Edge and its instructors from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of our tools, breach of third-party trademarks (e.g., SAP/AWS), or violation of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW & OUSTER CLAUSE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
