💳 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DIGITAL SERVICE

By enrolling in any program at Mahira Edge (Data Science, SAP, Cloud Computing, AWS, etc.), the User acknowledges that they are purchasing access to digital content, live technical sessions, and proprietary server environments. Due to the nature of these services, which involve immediate intellectual property transfer and administrative costs, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. “NO-REFUND” POLICY SCOPE

Once the payment is processed and access to the Learning Management System (LMS), Course Curriculum, or Cloud Sandboxes (AWS/SAP labs) is granted, no requests for refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be entertained. This applies regardless of:

  • The User’s failure to attend live sessions.

  • The User’s inability to complete the course due to personal or professional reasons.

  • The User’s subjective dissatisfaction with course content or instructor style.

  • Changes in the User’s employment status or financial situation.

3. EXCEPTION: DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction (the same course purchased twice by the same User), Mahira Edge will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

  • Notification: The User must report the duplicate payment to accounts@mahiraedge.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee (2.5% to 5%) charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund.

  • Timeline: Approved duplicate refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 10-15 working days.

4. BATCH TRANSFERS & RESCHEDULING

While Mahira Edge does not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, allow a one-time Batch Transfer:

  • Request Timeline: Requests must be made at least 7 working days before the batch start date.

  • Administrative Fee: A batch transfer fee (plus applicable GST) may be charged.

  • Validity: The course must be resumed within 3 months of the original enrollment date, failing which the fee will be forfeited.

5. CANCELLATION BY MAHIRA EDGE

Mahira Edge reserves the right to cancel or postpone a batch due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or Force Majeure events.

  • In the event of a total cancellation by Mahira Edge, the User will be offered a 100% refund or the option to join a future batch.

  • Mahira Edge is not liable for any third-party costs (internet data, hardware purchases) incurred by the User.

6. LOAN & THIRD-PARTY FINANCING

If a User has availed of a loan or No-Cost EMI through a third-party NBFC partner:

  • The User remains liable to the lender for the full repayment of the loan.

  • Mahira Edge will not be responsible for any interest, penalties, or foreclosure charges levied by the lender.

  • Cancellation of a loan is subject strictly to the lender’s terms and conditions.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHARGEBACKS

The User agrees not to initiate any Chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to bypass this policy via a bank dispute will be treated as a breach of contract, and Mahira Edge will provide this signed policy and the User’s LMS access logs as evidence to the financial institution.

8. JURISDICTION

All matters related to refunds and cancellations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
